How young can my child be to start playing tennis?
The earliest age that we would take your child for group lessons is 4 years old. If you want to start before this age you can book individual lessons with a coach.
What clothes should my child wear?
General sportswear is fine. However please dress your child appropriately according to the weather e.g. rain jacket if raining. Always send your child with a water bottle no matter what the weather conditions.
Can I borrow a racket?
Yes, we have plenty of rackets to accommodate all sizes and age groups. However, as there is a limited stock, if your child is going to be participating in a lesson for the term please consider purchasing a racket yourselves. We also have rackets for sale at the Club.
How do I know what racket size my child needs?
The route for this is to ask the coach taking your child’s group lessons, they will be able to advise you.

If it is raining how do I know whether the lesson is cancelled or not?
If the session is cancelled Amit will send an email out to all parents and a post on Facebook (Please like Ace Amit Coaching) giving notification that the session is not going to be taking place. Sessions will only be cancelled 30 minutes before the session commencing as the weather forecasts are not always correct. A ‘make-up’ session will be scheduled at half term or at the end of the term. You will be notified of the the make up date by email.
Can my child have individual lessons?
